Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your My Happy Place design jewelry. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@myhappyplacedesign.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Item must be unworn and returned with original packaging intact, otherwise, they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit
There are certain situations where no refunds or exchanges are granted:
– Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, and in some cases exchange one product for another of equal price.  If you need to exchange an item, please send us an e-mail with the reason for your exchange.

Make sure to include the original packing slip, along with a note with which item (of equal price) you would like in exchange. Please include style and color. Processing/shipping your transaction can typically take about a week from the time it is received, we will be in touch via email.

For returns, refunds, or exchanges, the jewel must have been purchased on our website, Facebook page or Instagram page, with proof of purchase. We don’t refund or exchange any item bought in one of our retail locations. If you do have an issue with a jewel from My Happy Place design not purchased on www.myhappyplacedesign.com, please contact the store where you bought your product to learn about their own returns, refunds and exchanges policies.
